Return and Refund Policy

At GRS Health Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds may be accepted for products purchased from our website.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.  .

Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Retun will be acceptable witin 15 to 20 days .

Please share clear images of the product and packaging along with your order details for verification.

Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

Products returned without original packaging or damaged due to customer mishandling will not be accepted.

Products purchased during special offers or discounts are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited  within 7 to 10 business days.

The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting necessary details.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Your order will be exchanged and replacement will deliverd witin 7 days .

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

In case of approved returns due to damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by GRS Health Care.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the specified processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider.

If the issue persists, you may contact us for assistance.

Changes to This Policy

GRS Health Care reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
